Start Date: Immediate Pay: 24,000 to 30,000 depending on experienceRegistrar We are seeking to appoint a Registrar, previousexperience essential, a knowledge of the international market is desirable.The Registrar will be sales focused and isprimarily responsible for pupil recruitment and the admissions process. Theywill build strong and lasting relationships with prospective parents andpupils, delivering on objectives to ensure the School operates at fullcapacity. They shall ensure that all enquirers and applicants receive apositive impression of the school. As a prominent public representative of theschool, they will excel in customer service and be a firm believer in the ethosof the School. EnquiriesTo provide an approachable and welcoming responseto enquiries concerning pupil admissions.To oversee the admissions process from enquiriesthrough to prospectus, visits, assessments, offers and enrolment including allgeneral questions, administration and school communications: building up a goodrelationship with families.Build and maintain for as long as necessary aninclusive relationship between the School and prospective families, identifyingany point of interest, ensuring that swift communication isemployed.Provide information about the school and itsmission to everybody who enquires, either by phone, email orface-to-face.Gather comprehensive information about eachcontact with a family in order that the admissions database can be keptup-to-date throughout the entire process.Log all enquiries on the Schools ManagementInformation System (Highrise)Maintain effective tracking of newenquiries/applicants through each stage of the admission process: enquiry,pre-application, application, decision (fee payment).VisitsTo manage Prep School and Senior School tours,book appointments for parents, and make members of staff aware of thevisit.Greet families when they visit.Ensure relevant information about visitingfamilies is made available to the Head prior to their visit.Follow up all visits by appropriate methods ofcommunication.Manage tour guides.In accordance with the schools commitment toadhere to the Department for Educations Keeping Children Safe in Education andall other relevant guidance and legislation in respect of safeguardingchildren, the School Registrar will be required to demonstrate your commitmentto promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people in theschool.
