Job Description

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Project Officer who will support the effective delivery of our clients global strategy with a focus on driving engagement within accounting and education. Our client work across the global finance community to drive change. We have a presence in a number of geographies with the purpose to transform finance to deliver a sustainable future.The overall purpose of this role is help develop the overarching strategy and plans, coordinating monthly meetings and working groups, building relationships with all network members and being the main point of contact, capturing key outcomes from discussions and undertaking all logistical management of the network. You will manage relationships with key external contractors, including preparing work orders, tracking delivery and project manage the delivery of network outputs including statements of supports, guidance, reports and calls to action.To be successful as a Project Officer, you will have experience of project managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders and using project management tools such as Gantt charts, action logs and risk registers. You will be comfortable using your own initiative to progress work and manage competing demands in addition to excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
