We are looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our consultancy team to lead and develop key projects delivering our strategic ambitions at a range of locations across the North. We need an exceptional communicator and a strong team-player,someone who can take on complex challenges and drive delivery, people focussed and inclusive in your approach. You will work closely with external partners as well as internal clients, youll need great consultancy and people skills, there are a lot of relationshipsto navigate. You will be working as part of an experienced team of specialists both consultancy and operational, and will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering significant conservation and people-focused projects. Based on the demands of your projects you will split your time between hub, property or working from home. You will be required to travel across the North as required.What youll be doing Supported by both property and consultancy staff you willboth establish and lead project teams to take a range of projects through the project lifecycle. The role will include leading our engagement with stakeholders and key funding partners as we develop the right solutions for our properties. Effective time managementwill ensure that the work delivers at pace and within any funding deadlines.A proven track record of planning and delivering major projects; ideally in the heritage/conservation sector.
