Job Description

Project Manager with a history of passion for all things Tech IntaPeople havepartnered with an Industry leading FinTech who areon the hunt for an experienced technological project manager. This market leader arerenowned for all things FinTech workingwith some of the largest companies and assisting with digitally transforming their finances. You will be responsible for managing and delivering projects ensuring the continued development of the companys rapid growth.In this position, you will be:

  • Working within a program of work while overseeing challenging projects for infrastructure, integration, architecture, and software development in a dynamic environment.
  • responsibility for the overall planning, coordinating, managing, and execution of all project-related activities and associated release initiatives
  • Organizing and guiding highly technical discussions to obtain desired results is my responsibility.
  • To achieve effective delivery and the transition to BAU, coordination with leadership teams, functional managers, internal users, and other project teams is necessary.
  • presiding over project meetings with a range of stakeholders to oversee overall project direction and report on progress.
To be successful you will have:
  • Proven experience delivering highly technical projects.
  • Create and deliver management information to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • To accomplish successful project outcomes, impart leadership, direction, problem-solving, and diplomatic skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Show that you have prior experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • A financial services background is ideal, ideally with BACS, direct debits, payment cards, prepaid, and cash transactions.
  • Stakeholder involvement expertise and a strong background in project management should be displayed.
  • By developing project plans, managing risks, and conducting budget reviews, you can ensure efficient project governance.
