£53,018 per annumThis is a 24 month fixed term contract.This role is within Surrey Heartlands Health & Care Partnership. We are an Integrated Care System (ICS) - a partnership of health and care organisations working together across Surrey- with staff, patients, their carers, families and members of the public - to transform local services and support people to live healthier lives.There is a large portfolio of transformational activity underway across the ICS, led and delivered by various partners including Surrey County Council, and Surrey Heartlands Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).Within the ICS Digital Team portfolio are programmes seeking to improve the outcomes of distinct stakeholder groups - this role is to manage the Adults Digital Programme.The Adults Digital Programme contains a series of projects focusing on digital interventions that will: Reduce the costs and complexity of delivery of services to adult residents and patients at times of extreme vulnerability; and Improve the outcomes for the residents and patients using these services.To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence: Experience of delivering programmes/projects at pace, and to challenging deadlines Ability to plan and design the programme and proactively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. Possess programme, project or change management qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM, PMI or PROSCI.
