Production Controller / Supervisor £30,000 - £32,000 + 25 days hols + Critical illness cover + 10% Pension Somerset We are working with one of Somersets largest manufacturers, an industry leader and a business thats been established since before the 1950s. Due to a continued surge in orders, they are looking for 2 Production Controllers to join their existing team of 4. The business pride themselves on their stability and "family like" organisation, staff are valued and given the flexibility needed in todays world. In return they are looking for employees to come on board with a passion to drive the company forward, the last 2 years have seen significant improvement projects and they want this to be reflected throughout the business as a whole. This position would suit someone from a Manufacturing background with previous LEAN / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience. We are happy to receive applications from Production Planners, Production Controllers, Production Supervisors, Line Leaders and such positions.
