Are you an England & Wales qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ-4 years PQE) open to a fully remote position with a leading firm Then look no further!My client boasts one of Scotlands leading Private Client teams, and it is seeking an E&W qualified Private Client Solicitor to assist its enviable client base who have complex needs both north and south of the border.In this position, you would be providing cross-border advice to said clients on English and Welsh wills, powers ofattorney, estate and trust administration, estate planning, as well as cross border tax and succession issues, with a considerable amount ofexposure to high-net-worth clients.As the successful candidate, you will have experience of dealing with complex and challenging private client issues, managing your own caseload, a strong commitment to client care and service, motivation to progress your technical skillset, and to be qualifiedin England and Wales. STEP qualification is desirable but not essential.With multiple specialist dual-qualified lawyers throughout this team, there is considerable expertise to draw from.
