The Position:-* You will be required to take on the usual caseload of Private Client matters, including:--- Wills,-- Probates,-- LPAs,-- Tax & Trusts* You will be working as part of a team of Private Client lawyers* The firm handles a lot of good quality work with high net worth clients* You will be required to work on site for this role, it is not possible to offer it on a remote working basis (firm located in beautiful part of the country!)* You will be client facing, taking new instructions and progressing/completing existing matters* This position is due to start 26th April or as close to this date as possible, and will continue for as long as it takes for the firm to find a new permanent replacement - estimated 2-4 months* Full time 5 days a week ideally, but can be flexible on this for the right candidateThe Ideal Candidate:-* Will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 4 years PQE * Will have experience of working within the area of Private Client* Will be comfortable acting on a standalone basis with minimal supervisionBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
