We believe everyone who works at Longleat can subscribe to these values, and that theytruly set us apart as a place to work.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PR & Social Media Executive to join our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the running of the businesss social media channels as well as social media activityfor the Groups Business to Business activities, Estate and accommodation within the Group.What will this role entailReporting to the PR & Media Manager, you will advise on and implement the most appropriate PR & Social media tactics so that they are fullyintegrated into all campaigns.Key duties will include: To work alongside the PR & Media Manager and Content Creator in developing an annual and monthly content plan for social media and PR. Develop a social media plan for community growth and create activitywhich generates greater community engagement across all social media channels. Alongside the PR & Media Manager, be a day-to-day liaison for Longleats PR agency, social media agency and any other associated agencies. The role will involve directing theseagencies on key business tactics. Work alongside the PR & Media Manager and senior management team in handling crisis scenarios within the companys social media and PR environments, where required. To be a named point of contact for on-going press, radio,online and TV enquiries and requests - onsite, over the phone or by email. To distribute key assets (copy, photos and video) when required. To provide monthly and annual PR and social media reports which give comprehensive figures and can be measured againstbusiness trends. Results to be analysed with recommendations as well as benchmarking against the rest of the leisure industry.What will I need to be considered for this vacancy Educated to degree level with a relevant communications qualification. Technicalunderstanding of social media platforms for business use. Including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. Solid grounding and at least three years experience in a professional communications role. Experience of working in an organisation planning,producing and writing content for social media. Experience of using social media or management platforms for business use such as Sprout Social. Covering Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. The ability to write briefs, put together presentations and formaldocuments. Experience of dealing with press and media on a reactive and proactive basis. Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytical tools to optimise activity. E.G. Facebook for Business, Google Analytics etc.What will I receive in returnAsa PR & Social Media Executive you will receive a salary between £22,750 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include; 29 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays Complimentary tickets to Longleat, 18per annum pro rata. 50% off Annual passes for your Friends and Family, free entry for yourself.
