Job Description

IT | PMO Analyst | 12 months FTC | £ 43,000 + Bonus | Flexible working | 25 days holiday | Hybrid (2 days)An exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable, high-quality services that address challenges and benefit communities for decades to come. My client are seeking a dedicated PMO Analyst to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a competitive salaryof up to £43,000 per year.As a PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the Programme Delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of projects, programmes, and portfolios. Your work will encompass various key responsibilities:Responsilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to capture and manage demand throughout the delivery lifecycle, prioritizing initiatives and tracking them from ideation to closure.
  • Monitor and report on resource demand and assignment across the portfolio. Identify options to address shortfalls or conflicts and contribute to efficient resource allocation.
  • Review and promote the adoption of delivery lifecycle standards and processes, ensuring compliance across projects and programmes.
  • Provide comprehensive project, programme, and portfolio resource reporting, analysing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvements.
  • Coordinate and track resource-related risks, issues, changes, and dependencies at both programme and portfolio levels.
  • Maintain and enhance tools within the PMO for effective resource management processes.
  • Manage and organize the PMO Toolkit, keeping documents in a SharePoint repository.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • High understanding of life cycle PMO prcesses
  • Experience using Sharepoint
  • PMP, Prince 2, or equivalent certification.
  • Proven track record of shaping, scoping, and delivering PMO services.
  • Familiarity with project, programme, and portfolio reviews, reporting, and analytics.
