We are a charity providing high quality social and psychological support services to improve peoples health and wellbeing in Buckinghamshire. Our services are expanding and so we want an experienced Operations Manager to join our vibrant team and be anagent for change.Do you have proven leadership skills paired with excellent organisation ability Do you have a flair for process improvement coupled with stellar communication and partnering skills All these competencies will be well utilised by our newOperations Manager.You will lead, motivate, and manage the project leads who run the various projects within the Charity, ensuring that the day-to-day operation of the business runs smoothly. You will be accountable for ensuring that effective systems andprocesses are used to monitor the outcomes of each project and report outcomes on a regular basis. Using a participative style, you will create a culture that encourages teamwork, energy and commitment and review staff performance giving coaching where necessary.Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) will report to you and you will be accountable for the procedures that ensure compliance for Health and Safety within the organisation. Your external facing activities will include engagement with the local communitiesin which we work and representing The Oasis Partnership in meetings with our external partners. You will contribute to the effective use and content of the social media platforms the organisation uses to promote its activities. You will contribute to Strategicand Annual planning processes.To be successful as our Operations Manager you will bring with you at least 3 years operational management experience with the prerequisite people management skills. You will be accustomed to developing systems and processes thatenhance operational effectiveness and have proven partnering and liaison skills.
