You want to work in a place where you are a valued part of the team, where you can make a difference and where you can develop new skills and improve existing ones.Location: Remote (Global) JOB DESCRIPTION - As NexTechs O365 & Modern Workplace Engineer you will be a part of the NexTech Information Technology and Security team responsible for IT Infrastructure, IT Services, and Information Security. You will be responsible for building and improving the M365 and Modern Workplace Infrastructure and supporting various Business Units.Other Duties are:*Configure and Maintain O365 Suite including SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive Teams and other Business Productivity and Collaboration Applications*Build and Maintain a Modern Workplace Infrastructure including Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Desktop and Application Support*Build and Maintain Knowledge Management Solutions for the Cooperation and individual Business Units*Work on multiple Projects to delivery Business Applications and Knowledge Management*Work with Business, IT Infrastructure and Security Teams to support with expertise around Productivity, Collaboration, and IT Support for Business Processes.*Create Training, FAQ and How-To for User and IT Help Desks to improve the user experienceREQUIRED EXPERIENCE - *1+ years Information Technology experience*Advanced Knowledge and experience with Microsoft O365*Security Training, Certifications, or experience with the following: Intune Deployment and Policies, Windows 10 Administration, SharePoint, Exchange Online, MS Teams*Experience with PowerShellSoft Skills - *Clear and articulate communication skills (verbal and written) in English*Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies*High Level of Independence*Advanced problem-solving abilityPREFERRED EXPERIENCE - *5+ years experience in Information Technology*Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology*Security Engineering Certifications e.g. MCSE, MD-100, MS-100, MS-700*Security Engineering Training and/or Experience for one or more of the following: AzureAD, Sharepoint Development, Yammer, Teams Phone System, Azure Information ProtectionWORKING ENVIROMENT / TEAM CULTURE - *All positions are currently remote and will likely remain remote.
