You want to work in a place where you are a valued part of the team, where you can make a difference and where you can develop new skills and improve existing ones.JOB DESCRIPTION -As NexTechs O365 Security & IAM Engineer you will be a part of the NexTech Information Technology and Security team responsible for IT Infrastructure, IT Services, and Information Security. You will be responsible for building and improving Identity and Access Management for our Virtual Experience Platform, our Augmented Reality Products as well as Security controls for our internal IT Systems.Other Duties are:*Build and Maintain Security Baselines and Policies for our O365 Suite*Build and Maintain Identity and Access Management Systems and practices on Azure AD including MFA, SSO and Conditional Access Controls*Configure and Roll out Defender for O365 and Intune*Work on multiple Projects to specify and deliver security controls*Work with Product Development, DevOps Teams, and IT Teams to support with Information Security and Identity and Access Management expertise*Perform in Security Assessments and create Action Plans to improve security postureLocation: Remote (Global)REQUIRED EXPERIENCE -*1 year of Information Security experience*Advanced Knowledge and experience with Microsoft O365 Security and Identity and Access Management*Security Training, Certifications, or experience with the following: AzureAD, Defender for O365, O365 Security Center, MFA & SSO, Intune*Experience with PowerShellSoft Skills -*Clear and articulate communication skills (verbal and written) in English*Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies*High Level of Independence*Advanced problem-solving abilityPREFERRED EXPERIENCE -*5+ years experience in Information Security*Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Information Technology*Security Engineering Certifications e.g. CISSP, MS-500, MS-100, MS-101, AZ-500*Security Engineering Training and/or Experience for one or more of the following: Azure Information Protection, Azure Identity Protection, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, zScaler, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Cloud App SecurityWORKING ENVIROMENT / TEAM CULTURE -All positions are currently remote and will likely remain remote.
