Start Date: May 2021 Pay: £15,198.85 (qualified) per annum We are looking a Nursery Nurse, starting as soon aspossible to work in our Non Maintained Nursery. This is a full time postinitially for 37.5 hours per week during term time only. (39 weeks per year).There may also be the possibility of working full time for an interestedcandidate (49 weeks per year) Initially this would be a temporaryposition until December 2021, but there is a strong possibility the contractwill be extended extend beyond this date. Castle Hill Village Nursery is situated in TheVillage Childrens Centre which is a purpose built facility on the main schoolsite. The Nursery is a registered company operated by the school and was judgedto be OUTSTANDING for the second time during its last Ofsted inspection in July2019. A successful candidate would join a team of highlymotivated and excellent practitioners and would be required to work withchildren from 3 months to 4 years. This post will however initially be based inthe Toddler Room, working with children between 18 months and 3 years old.Experience is essential and qualification is preferred. However we are willingto consider candidates looking to start a career in childcare, this may beparticularly suitable for parents wishing to return to the workplace orconsidering a change of career. Opportunities for further training and developmentare encouraged. The Nursery will offer you support and advice if you wish tocontinue training to enhance you qualifications.
