Job Description

Natural Language Processing Engineer (NLP)This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology business that design and manage disruptive, innovative systems for the publishing industry.We have a NLP Engineer vacancy available with remote working available, supporting projects in the UK and in America.The role:

  • Transform natural language data into useful features using NLP techniques to feed Dynamic XML publishing solutions
  • Data Mining and Machine Learning
  • Sequence to Sequence - Neural Network architectures
  • Process textual data for conversion, text classification, metadata extraction and text summarization.
  • Analyze collections of documents with Topic Modelling and Transfer Learning.
  • Design and evaluate deep learning models for NLP problems.
Skills and Experience required:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or similar field
  • Proven experience as an NLP Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning methods and text representation techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Proficient with languages and standards such as Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Regular Expressions, XML, JSON, XHTML
  • Works well on their own in a remote setting or in a team
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and articulate their use within architectures
  • Strong Mentoring Skills
