Job Description

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing is one of the UK`s leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services. We employ over 1900 people to manage and develop our large portfolio of nearly 56,000 homes serving over 75,000 customers acrossLondon, the East Midlands, Southern and the East of England.This role - New Build Sales Manager In part, to take the lead responsibility for the front end new build sales team and their reservation performance across the South West of England region, ensuring sales margins are maximised and sales rates are achieved within regional targets and delivera wide range of varying KPIs. The role will require you to work especially closely with the Regional Progression Manager and the Regional Head of Sales.What youll need to succeed

  • Motivational skills to lead a sales team to achieve the highest possible sales results
  • Relationship management with SC, Progression colleague, third partyB2B clients and other stakeholders inside and outside of our organisation.
  • Understand the company environment and business landscape and set relevant objectives for the sales team in this regard
  • Understand the economic climate and be able to appropriately analyse data to understand how performance can be improved
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Please be advised that this role will include overnight stays dependent upon the location of the siteSalary bracket for this role ranges from £60,667 - £63,860 + SC SchemeWhats in it for youOur benefits include:-
