This Montessori is located in the heart of Harrow, a quiet garden suburb of north west London. The staff are dedicated to delivering a high standard of Pre-School education and care.This Montessori Nursery is for babies aged 3 months through to childrenaged 5 years. The staff care for the children in a very unique way, because they recognise that each child is unique. They take great care to create a secure, nurturing and fun environment especially responsive to a childs developmental stages and inherentdesire to learn. The child centred nursery design has spacious rooms filled with natural light, two of which have their own easy access into the private garden and play area.It is an incredible privilege to bear witness to a child saying a new word or recognisinga colour correctly for the very first time; to simply observe first-hand, their inner sense of satisfaction at learning something new. This is why the Montessori teachers and staff have the children at the heart of the setting. The teachers are selected fortheir expertise within their own age group niche. They are keen observers of children and are essential in guiding each child at their own individual pace and learning style.This Montessori offers a broad curriculum aimed at the development of the whole child;mind, body, heart and soul, teaching social as well as academic skills, to provide a lasting foundation of skills. They hope to instil in children, a lifelong enjoyment of learning.By establishing and maintaining a strong home-nursery connection, staff placegreat importance on their relationship with parents as partners in the process of developing their child.This role would suit a Montessori teacher who is passionate about working in a nurturing, child-led education setting.
