You can become an essential part of this exciting transitional period.DescriptionThe Manufacturing Manager is required to lead, manage and develop the production team in Somerset and to represent the Company at a tactical and strategic management level. They will be required to lead and manage organisational change delivering operational excellence from all areas of the production workforce and to help define the operational strategy, procedures and processes to result in high quality, on time, cost effective and profitable manufacture of both internal and external company products. The Manufacturing Manager will support new and ongoing development of new products and processes in order to maintain competitive advantage, forging positive links with other departments and proactively driving continuous improvements.
