Job Description

They are now looking for a Mammographer to join their team in their flagship centre based in Windsor. If you are an experienced Mammographer who is passionate about improving patient care, then this could be the role for you.The roleMammographerCompetitive salary plus excellent benefits including private healthcare and life insurance.Option for the position to be either part-time or full-time basis.As a Mammographer, you will know how important it is to be working for a company that takes real value in providing the highest quality patient care and treatment. By joining this company not only would you be sharing the same values, but you would also be working with the latest and most innovative mammography systems that have been proven to make a difference.In this role you will be responsible for supporting the breast clinics to detect breast tissue abnormalities by completing mammographic imaging studies, presenting them for diagnosis. You will support all aspects of the pathway of every patient receiving diagnostic imaging and intervention in the centre. A positive approach alongside the determination to deliver excellent service to patients is a key asset to this role.The requirementsA strong clinical background as a Mammographer, along with the following criteria is desirable.

  • DCR (T) or BSc (Hons) in Radiography (or equivalent)
  • Significant post qualification experience as a Mammographer
  • Experience within all aspects of radiography; general/CT/MRI/US
  • Evidence of empathetic and a holistic approach to patient care
  • A strong team player attitude, with evidence of co-operative working
  • Evidence of effective organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
