Job Description

Job DescriptionThrive Group are delighted to be working with our prestigious Wiltshire based client who are looking for a Maintenance and Facilities Manager on a permanent basis.What you will be doing:In this key role within the business, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of buildings and services across several sites.Key Responsibilities :

  • Building inspections and operations to determine vital services, repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Management of contract cleaning, waste management, security, pest control and other associated functions
  • The establishment and management of plant maintenance programmes to legal/ISO4001 requirements
  • Facilities and maintenance cost management to budgets/targets, reporting to the Board
  • Sourcing, negotiating terms and managing new suppliers
  • Management of a team of staff including training and development
What you will need to succeed:
  • Experience of working within a similar role or a technical, electrical, or mechanical related qualification
  • Understanding of building and H&S regulations
  • IOSH (NEBOSH ideally)
  • Excellent IT and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills as you will be dealing with a number of internal and external stakeholders
