System Administrator/DevOp Engineer | Linux, AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Node, Python | South West Want to work for an industry leading analytics company who are expanding into the US This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sys Admin or Infrastructure Engineer who is looking to broaden their skill set and move into the cloud and DevOps.Although they are based in Bath, their team of talented Engineers, Analysts and Designers are spread across the UK, and they are more than happy for you to be predominantly remote. They have a super relaxed working culture and have a "use what ever tool you see fit to get the job done" kind of attitude. So there is plenty of scope for experimentation with new and emerging tech and youre not tied too closely to a stackSpeaking of tech, at the moment they use AWS, Terraform, Linux, Node, Python and Kafka. If you come in with solid experience in some of these technologies, especially AWS, Terraform and Linux, you will definitely hit the ground running. Puppet and Chef experience is also ok if Terraform isnt your tipple. They have a bit of containerisation thrown in there too, so Docker/Kubernetes knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.Youll be working closely with the product teams to automate builds and deployments, maintain, monitor and improve infrastructure and provide support/debug issues when needed.Salary is dependant on experience but is competitive and comes with a raft of benefits. On top of that you also get stock options in your first year, and with their revenues consistently doubling over the past few years, this will definitely turn into a nice little earner. They always look from within when they have a new role so there is plenty of opportunity to grow and develop, all the while surrounded by a group of talented and passionate tech enthusiasts.Coupled with the incredibly flexible working arrangements, this is an opportunity you wont want to miss. Hit apply or give Alex a call on or , and we can get the ball rolling. Required skills
