Job Description

Interim Finance Director - day rateRobert Half are delighted to be supporting an ongoing client with their interim Finance Director role to hold the fort until the arrival of the new Finance Director in late summer.This role will be vital to the success of our clients business over the coming months as this role will support and manage the current staff and their day to day activities, lead the delivery of concise, accurate management information to the board and supportthe handover to the incoming permanent Finance Director in the summer.Responsibilities * Daily leadership of the finance team* Manage the companys financial planning budgets, working capital management and financial control.* Perform consistent and ongoing risk evaluation and management* Ensure cash flow is managed effectively* Oversee vendor and banking relationships* Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports* Ensure compliance with both UKGAAP and industry regulations* Manage team within finance.* Work across functions to support group performanceKey Skills* Demonstrable management experience* Positive, can do attitude* Demonstrable financial control experience* Ability to deliver complex financial information in a concise, straightforward manager at a senior leadership levelFor more information please reach out to discuss this day rate contractRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
