Fully Remote WorkingWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a Training Provider that has an excellent reputation and has recently won an amazing contract to deliver Government Training Bootcamps within InsuranceThese Training Bootcamps will last up to 10 weeks the qualifications and they are accredited and recognised by the Insurance/Financial Service Sector. This Training provider delivers a wide range of apprenticeships within Insurance, Financial Services, and Business Training to companies throughout England.This is an excellent opportunity as this Training Provider will put the successful candidate through a level 3 Teaching Award and supportive qualifications where applicable.As an Insurance Trainer/Coach you can expect: A starting salary of up to £32000 25 days holidays, Life Insurance, Fully remote working Leadership, training & support for professional qualifications.Summary of the duties and responsibilities of the Insurance Trainer/Coach Coach, mentor, and guide learners who are engaged in the Bootcamp training programmes Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships. Actively support, mentor, and motivate learners in their training course, and aid with the completion of this. Prepare training/group session plans, utilising a variety of training methods, and accommodating different learning styles. Use effective material and appropriate resources, at a pace and level which meets learners needs. Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential. Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learners qualification. Support with enrolment and recruitment of learnersSkills and Experience Required for the Insurance/Financial Services Trainer and Coach Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not essential for the role (PTLLS, Award in Education and Training) Ideally hold a recognised qualification in Insurance such as Cii, Dip Cii Demonstrates recent work experience within the Insurance Sector ideally at Team Leader/Supervisor level or above Experience in online delivery across platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Virtual Learning platforms.
