You will ensure that deadlines and milestones are achieved withinthe required timescales and budget. You will be working in partnership with operational teams daily, supporting and coaching them through any new ways of working and project delivery, you will also be working closely with those branches that are using othersystems and processes. You will work with the teams onsite and offsite maintaining the same level of support. *subject to terms and conditions and qualifying periodWhat you need You will be dynamic, confident and a natural communicator with the ability to positively influence stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a project outcomes.Very strong organisational and time management skills are essential, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines while working in a high-pressure environment without the need for constant supervision, along with the ability to producehigh quality process/training documentation.
