In terms of location, a base around the M25/M4 corridor or surrounding areas would work well. Your future duties and responsibilitiesYou will be required to provide a high level of Employee Relations consultancy, and support to Members and Managers, including Employee Relations matters such as Disciplinary, Grievance, Performance Improvement Processes, complaints and related cases, managingmultiple cases at the same time.You will also include assist and support the HRBP and HRD in the implementation of Employee Relations initiatives and programmes such as ER workshops and training initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants to improve the depth and breadth of theirHR and ER knowledge, but is also happy to contribute to peer development of other members in the HR team. Outside of ER related cases, you will be required to assist with other HR responsibilities and HR projects and processes. Required qualifications to be successful in this roleTo be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of giving practical and sound advice on Employee Relations matters, be business focused and have an ability to deliver excellent customer service.You will need to possess a high level of understanding of current employment legislation and the effective implementation of that legislation is essential. You must be able to monitor, improve, design and implement internal policies an procedures in line withlegal frameworks and best practice. You will be a proactive individual who has the ability to balance a varied and busy workload, remain calm under pressure and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will be highly organised, solution oriented,with experience of keeping accurate records, managing and analysing large amounts of data using Excel.
