Property Coordinator Location: Street, Mendip (Somerset) Permanent Contract (25 hours per week) Pay £25,500 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience. As our Housing and Property expert, youll focus on compliance tasks in our Merriman Scheme in Street. You will be required to keep thorough administration records of the compliance tasks that you are responsiblefor. Typical day as a Property Coordinator We house single homeless customers with low to medium support needs. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of Carry out weekly fire safety checks and quarterly fire drills across allproperties and record them accordingly. Arrange for monthly defects checks and record these accordingly. Report repairs to our maintenance department Liaise with colleagues in both areas. Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and formaximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales. Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met. You bring Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties. Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units The ability towork on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. Job details Flexible working hours (or were open to agreeing a work pattern with you) Manage own diary. Based at our service in Yeovil youll spend your time travellingaround the properties in our patch. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups, To get from A to B, youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
