Job Description

Medicare First are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity for a dedicated Hospital Social Worker to work in Somerset.Required knowledge:

  • Previous hospital experience
  • An understanding of mental capacity assessments
  • Manage own caseload/ complex cases
  • Safeguarding
  • Liaising with third party agencies to arrange care plans
