Job Description

  • Primarily homeworking, with a requirement to travel to our sites across the East of England and South West regions
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
As Head ofClinical Quality and Governance, youll play a crucial role in developing HUCs growing team to drive organisational quality standards, making a real impact and shaping the future of health and care delivery at HUC. Using yourcomprehensive knowledge and hands on experience of managing the whole clinical governance agenda gained within a senior clinical or NHS role, youll be focused on ensuring an organisational wide open, honest, and just culture, which is committed to continuouslearning and improvement.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, youll play a pivotal role in developing a strong team to support the delivery of seamless clinical quality and governance processes and structures, across the whole organisation.With a passion to deliver a risk-free service, youll use your problem solving and strategic thinking skills to manage change within a complex care setting.
