Job Description

Are you a Finance Office Administrator looking for a new opportunity in a growing, global companyRead on to find out more about this fantastic opportunity to join our finance team.As Finance Office Administrator you are responsible for assisting all areas of finance with administrative duties. Whilst completing these duties they are responsible for ensuring Coparts processes and controls are followed.The Finance Office Administrator is also responsible for owning the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable mailboxes, managing post both incoming and outgoing, the distribution of incoming invoices, and answering both phone and invoice queries.You will also assist the accounts receivable team by conducting daily payment runs by BACS and cheques, checking and dispatching invoices, and allocating incoming payments.You will liaise with internal departments and yards to ensure prompt resolution and minimise debt. You will set up and amend bank templates, void and stop cheque process, and other general banking administration.We welcome applications for this Finance Office Administrator role from candidates with experience in the following areas: Finance Office Administrator, Finance Clerk, Finance Administrator, Communication Skills.
