Job Description

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a fantastic new opportunity in a growing, global businessAs Finance Manager you will be an exceptional accountant, not afraid of getting into the detail but also able to take a step back and take a more commercial view. You will support most areas of finance, including monthly financial analysis, commentary onP&Ls and BS, completing SOX controls, board packs, ownership of CAM (capital asset management) process, budgeting and forecasting, and standardisation of financial best practice across the business.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for communicating financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities in a timely and succinct manner and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place to support your conclusions.As Finance Manager, where relevant you will be required to report out under US GAAP, to the US parent company, while also ensuring adherence to corporate processes, controls, and reporting requirements.This Finance Manager role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference and bring experience with them to help deliver transformational change and influence the growth of the business.We welcome applications for this Finance Manager role from candidates with experience in the following areas: Finance Manager, Financial Manager, Finance, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, Finance Transformation, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Essential Skills

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • 3 years or more PQE experience
  • Previous experience of finance transformation
  • Experience of preparing board packs or financial performance packs for senior stakeholders
  • MS Office skills including PowerPoint and advanced Excel
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with the rest of the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
Desirable Skills
  • Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and/or experience
  • Knowledge of JDE and Navision software
  • Experience of ERP implementation
