Job Description

Field Service Engineers

  • Countrywide roles

  • Monday-Friday, 45 hours per week

This expansion will be down to the hard work of the existing dedicated team combined with the addition of new hires into key roles.The Role:Based in the UK, the successful candidate will assist in the set-up of a new department, whilst problem solving, fault-finding, servicing and repairing construction plant and mineral processing equipment.What will I be doing
  • Servicing, repair and maintenance of static plant and mineral processing equipment, crushers, screeners and wash plants
  • Pre-delivery inspection of new machinery before delivery to site
  • Scheduling and planning own workload
  • Ensuring all equipment is kept to its best working condition and up to date with all legislative requirements
  • Could this be youIn order to be considered for this role, you will need to be an effective communicator in order to liaise with clients and operators and have a greater depth knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics and electrics.It is essential you have experience working with the following:
  • Excavators
  • Articulated dump trucks
  • Crushers
  • Screeners
  • Loaders
  • Other mobile and static plant
  • This role would suit an experienced mobile plant fitter, mobile engineer, plant engineer, plant technician, workshop technician, vehicle mechanic/technician, workshop fitter or plant fitter with the following:
  • Relevant Engineering qualification
  • NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering
  • Vehicle Mechanics
