Job Description

We are looking for a Family Liaison Officer to workas part of the Inclusions Team, alongside the SEND Managers, Safeguarding Leadsand Learning Mentors, to provide holistic support for children and families. Towork closely with families to promote engagement with the school community anddevelop parenting skills, in order to enhance their childs social andemotional development and their ability to learn. We are looking for someone who has: Experience in community work, counselling skillsor similar Excellent interpersonal, communication andplanning skillsA proven track record of working with children andfamiliesA commitment to raising standards for allchildrenA relevant childcare, education, social care orhealth qualification to at least NVQ Level 2 is desirable.
