Job Description

Dialysis Nurse, Wiltshire,up to £32,500k, DAYS ONLY, NO NIGHTS, extensive benefits package on offer with excellent career development opportunitiesDialysis NurseRenal/Dialysis NurseWiltshre£28,000-£32,500We have partnered with one of the leading providers of renal care in the UK. Their aim is to enhance the quality of peoples lives through delivering care across all key stages including preventive care, dialysis, and transplantation. Their large networkof facilities currently cares for over 3,000 patients. We are currently supporting them to recruit a dialysis nurse for one of their facilities based in Wiltshire.THE RESPONSIBILITIESThe overall responsibility working as a Dialysis nurse it to provide care to patients undergoing treatment as per their individualised care plans. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate delivery of care and maintaining up to date patient records.Part of your role as a Dialysis nurse it to prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems in line with standard company process and carrying out pre and post treatment assessments. You will be able to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordinglyand be a real advocate for your patients needs as well as their families. You will also be assigned ad hoc duties by the Senior team.REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered RGN with NMC pin number
  • Experience of working in an acute setting
  • Willingness to undergo training and support your personal development
  • Be a caring and compassionate nurse with a strong attention to detail
  • Be able to work autonomously and within a multi- disciplinary team
