Job Description

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting a business in Calne on the recruitment of a Data Administrator. This is a newly created position within the organisation and will report directly to the Operations Director.Our client is a well-established business, at the forefront of their market with a presence both in the UK and Europe. They pride themselves on their core values, with a huge focus on sustainability.Our clients office is based in Calne, Wiltshire where you will be required to work on a hybrid working model.The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, have exceptional Excel skills and be a self-starter, who can work well independently.Responsibilities of the Data Administrator will include but not be limited to:

  • Planning the production of activities to ensure the business meets stock levels and customer demands in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Developing schedules detailing tasks and deadlines, working with predicted completion dates to support relevant departments in the business with executing their plans.
  • Inputting & managing master data, as well as preparing and submitting reports as necessary.
  • Collect & assess data about the companys production, and teams performances to best advise departments on efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments in the business including quality control, warehouse and others.
Your Profile:
  • Strong Excel and SAP skills are essential for this role.
  • An understanding of and passion for working with data, analysis and trends.
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Confident working with numbers and high volumes of data.
  • A proactive nature and a problem solver.
  • Able to work well independently.
