Practice in an Outstanding Childrens Service and trailblaze new ways of working.Connect2Hampshire is part owned by Hampshire County Council and are the internal agency for temporary workers at Hampshire County Council.The Council provides a wide rangeof services such as community support including adult and childrens social care, local highways and public transport, waste prevention and recycling, and education and learning.Hampshire County Council (HCC) are looking for Qualified Social Workers to workin the Childrens Assessment and Safeguarding Team for contracts of 3-6 months and longer. As a Childrens Social Worker within Hampshire County Council, you will be practising in one of just a few local authorities in the country rated Outstanding by Ofsted.OurSocial Workers are an asset and are encouraged to be creative and autonomous while enabling them to work flexibly. Hampshire is committed to providing regular, reflective and effective supervision to support you while ensuring you also have the working conditionsyou need for good practice to flourish.Our childrens social workers are offered the unique opportunity to lead by example, trailblazing new ways of working to update and enhance social work practice across the country.Registered with Social Work England,you will be highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans.
