As Business Development Manager at Raven you will bring your knowledge of renewable energy products and proven expertise in heat pumps, EV installation, solar and home insulation products to the fore as you drive growth in new business streams and helpus to expands into new markets. To support thismission, The Raven Group has a range of commercial business activities and our next venture is to be an installer of renewable technologies.The roleAs Business Development Manager youll be instrumental in establishing and growing new business streams withinthe Raven Group - focusing on the installation and servicing of renewable energy products, such as heat pumps and EV installations, solar projects and projects which better insulate homes. Applying your exceptional sales skills, youll be expected to growthe turnover rapidly, in order to gift-back profit to support our wider social housing and community development activities. That will mean, youll be growing our brand, positioning Raven as an important strategic partner. It also means youll have the supportand backing of a major organisation, with a turnover of over £60m and assets values at around £500m.Youll be working alongside our own installation teams who will be MCS and Trustmark accredited.About youTo make the most of this opportunity you should haveboth prior delivery experience in and a strong understanding of the renewable energy market - including the main operators and technologies (heat pumps and solar energy in particular) and how Government policy is applied to large property portfolio holders.In-depth knowledge of the various funding regimes is also vital.A proactive yet pragmatic business development manager, your track record in marketing and sales, combines with your renewable energy knowledge, will have proven your ability to deliver in thiskey role.
