Working directly with the Director of Advancement Services, the Executive Director and the Leadership Team, youwill manage a variety of organisational priorities and projects.Engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organisation, you will help to coordinate organisational priorities on a day-to-day basis whilst taking a lead role in managing various strategicinitiatives. You will participate in future planning processes for the department and help to manage and periodically re-evaluate the strategic plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting organisational culture including the development of departmentalbest practices.Development and Alumni Relations reflects the Universitys mission - innovating and transforming approaches to fundraising, leading the sector and working at the cutting edge of what we do.
