Youll lead our team on the shop floor, leading by example and making our stores an enjoyable place to show and work.Working with some of the most reputable brands as well as our own high quality branded products we give our teams every chance to work with products that will satisfy our customers.Our stores are all about team work and we make sure there is the right level of management to lead each team. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in leading, developing and managing their store colleagues.This role is crucial and covers a broad remit that includes raising our level of exceptional customer service, sales floor management and planning day to day duties to ensure we deliver excellent fitting and repair services that enable us to achieve weekly store targets.
