Apprenticeship Programme Manager- Remote WorkingAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprenticeship Manager to work for a company that is rated as Good by OFSTEDThe company are awarded winning and has an excellent reputation for looking after their employees.This is a remote-based position which will involve some travel for management and client meetings and one to ones with the Apprenticeship delivery team.As an experienced Apprenticeship/Delivery Manager you can expect the following salary and benefits: A starting salary of between £40000-£45000 25 days+ public holidays Remote working Performance related bonus schemeAs an Apprenticeship Programme Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of Apprenticeships Tutors/Skill Coaches where you will define and manage the team to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved.Summary of duties and responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager will include: Being responsible for the delivery of Apprenticeships within the chosen standards. Provide effective leadership to a team of delivery staff, ensuring a consistent quality of service is delivered to clients and learners. Implement strategies to improve the quality of Apprenticeship delivery Working closely with the Quality Assurance team to improve and maintain quality and compliance standards within the team Support compliance within legislative and regulatory standards to ensure compliance with funding rules for all programmes Carry out observations, learning, and assessment of Apprenticeship Tutors and Skills Coaches Ensuring that the centre is compliant and in full readiness for funding audits Managing Key Accounts delivery targets and expectations. Produce, interpret and understand relevant data reports Quality assurance of learner data held ensuring that it is accurate and meets correct funding requirements (ILR) Compliance and completion of paperwork quality Provide the senior management team with a monthly report on all quality and compliance matters Help develop and implement strategies to be included within the SAR and QIPSkills and experience required for the Apprenticeship Manager Proven track record of managing and inspiring teams of Trainer/Assessors/Skills Coaches Extensive experience in managing outstanding apprenticeship programmes Knowledge and experience of Ofsted and ability to support delivery teams to develop towards outstanding results Up-to-date knowledge of ESFA funding rules Experience in L+ D management and conducting high-quality observations of teaching and learning. Excellent knowledge of Excel and other data management packages and e-portfolio systems. Assessment & Relevant teacher training qualification - DTLLS/Cert Ed would be desirable, alongside an L5 Qualification in Leadership and Management A proven track record for maintaining and improving Quality Assurance processes and systems Update knowledge of using online Learning platforms to include Microsoft Teams, Zoom and E-Portfolio Knowledge of Professional Service Apprenticeship including Leadership and Management, alongside managing Levy Clients would be an advantage, but not essentialThis position is being managed by Pertemps Work Based Learning and Skills divisionFor more information please contact Simon Atkins on
