Job Description

Snr Cloud Security Engineer - £75-100K - GCP, Kubernetes, GoOliver Bernard are currently working with a fast paced Security startup who are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join their tight knit technical team and promote secure and best practices across their Cloud Infrastructure.As a Senior member of the team, this role will involve being a key decision maker and one of the main responsibilities will be to act as the leader in development security within the product offerings of the company.Alongside extensive security work, you will also be responsible for a large amount of their Cloud Architecture work, whilst working alongside the development team to work on securing code bases.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Security Modelling experience

Experience with TLS, PKI, Encryption, Key Management etc

Experience securing Cloud environments in the past

Cloud experience with GCP (other cloud providers will be considered)

Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes

Understanding of Security Testing (OWASP Zap, Burp Suite etc)

Development experience with Go (or other OO language)
