Whats involved in this Assistant Banqueting Manager role:

• Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the pub, bar & cellar
• Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas
• Building a rapport with locals, regulars & VIPs
• Actively seeking to participate in creative discussions and contributing ideas to develop the site.
• Staff training and development

Whats required

• Experience managing a Rosette level pub or Restaurant
• Cellar experience
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive, ideas and passion
