Job Description

  • Technical Support Engineer
  • South Molton, North Devon
  • £30,000 per year
  • Plus, company benefits 21 days holiday + bank holidays, pension PLUS all industry certifications via in-house and vendor-supported training programmes
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, including Active Directory and DNS
  • Networking: wired/wireless switching, security and VLANs
  • Office 365 Administration - Office 365 migration experience desirable
  • Microsoft Exchange 2016 - implementation and support of
  • Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Experience of server and workstation hardware builds, fault diagnosis and problem resolution
  • Experience of System Centre Configuration Manager / MECM and SCOM advantageous
  • Skype for Business and / or Microsoft Teams deployment or support highly advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail at all times
  • Experience of the managed deployment of client applications and application migration
