Do note that some roles are released externally after an initial period of time.We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Project Coordinator to join our consultancy team working atUppark House and Gardenin West Sussex. Youll support a project manager in the delivery of a major programme of works.There will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.Interviews will be held on the 23rd of February. What its like to work here Working closely with the project manager, client, sponsor and other key stakeholders, youll help deliver a sustainable, long-term vision for this beautiful site that sits deep within the South Downs National Park. What youll be doing Youll be working within a thriving professional community, including with peers in the on-site operational team, youll provide a range of administrative, project and programme support, to enable the delivery of a multi-million pound programme of worksat the site.Youll have an opportunity to contribute to the long-term conservation work of the Trust, building relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.Youll provide efficient, effective and flexible support to the project manager, client, sponsor and other key stakeholders on the project board and team. This will help to ensure the smooth running of the project and help it achieve its ambitions.Your responsibilities may include internal / external communications; IT processes; record keeping; and general administration, including financial management.
