Major Supplier to Airlines is now looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their growing Team.Hybrid role based at either Gatwick or Heathrow.Our Client is one of the most successful airline suppliers in the current market and who are enjoying a period of success and growth. With contracts to supply major airlines they are now urgently looking for an Operations Audit Assistant based in their Warehouse.YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS;* IT Skilled across Microsoft Platforms or similar, WMS and or similar management platforms.* Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices * Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Emotionally mature * Experienced in front face customer experience. THE ROLE* Operations Auditor Europe will be responsible for checking that warehouse providers meet their contract/KPIs. You will oversee that the warehouse understand how to efficient receipt, storage management, pick and pack for accuracy with the Operations manualas a guide. * Managing the reviewing of warehouses operation to ensure external client customer SLAs are maintained and managed at all times. The internal customers stock control and management KPIs are met. * Owner of audits on a weekly basis to make sure that the warehouse providers are carrying out their processes to standard. * Manage a Stock audit management programme to ensure Barsets are built in line with TRS Operational SOPS and ERP system load configurations with warehouses to ensure Bar Loading is 99.9% * Deliver a monthly GMP Audit - Audit to be relevant including Cleanliness, Food Safety, Stock management and best practiceGenerous Salary,Hybrid, Range of benefits, discretionary bonus, with any trips fully expensed.Growing business that has been established for over 20 years.If you have the right experience for this role , then please send your CV BY RETURN,or call Ian Gerstein on if you want more information.Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Required skills
