VOIP EngineerLocation FlexibleField-Based£CompetitiveA VOIP Engineer is required for a leading Tunbridge Wells based business. If you are ambitious and looking for a role where you will utilise your existing VoIP telecoms skills and gain exposure to specialist situations, this position will be perfect for you.Using your experience in installing and configuring Voice Over IP telecommunications systems you will travel to client sites providing a consistent 1st class service. Therefore, you will need to have a full UK driving license be located (or be committed torelocating) within a commutable distance of Kent.There will also be an occasional requirement to work in the office or from home to provide online support.Responsibilities:Install, configure and support telephony solutions, broadband routers and connections to network servicesTravel to local client sites when required and provide on-site support to telephone systems and network servicesOccasional installation of voice/data cabling infrastructure.Provide remote service desk support to customers and resolve service ticketsDocument and update projectsThere may also be a requirement to occasionally support other IT solutionsRequirements:Experience in installing, configuring and supporting VoIP phone systems is essential (most relevant systems being Panasonic, Gamma, Horizon or other BroadSoft Hosted solutions)Knowledge of SIP and Broadband.Experience of configuring routers and integrating telephony to IT networksExcellent customer facing and communication skillsFull UK driving licenseAt KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you submit.
