Territory Sales ManagerSaint Gobain AbrasivesCovering the South of EnglandAs a Territory Sales Manager for Saint Gobain Abrasives you can expect a challenging but varied role where you will be joining the worlds leading manufacturer of abrasives, who offers powerful, precise and user friendly solutions enabling customers to shapeand surface finish all types of materials even in the most complex and challenging applications across a diverse range of markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to achieve success due to having the opportunityto target business across numerous sectors of the construction, building merchants, engineering industries and emerging markets.The Territory Sales Manager will be a new addition to a team of 2 who already cover Midlands and the North. This will be a home based role where you have the main responsibility for covering the South of England. You will report into the National Sales Managerbut will have responsibility for scheduling your diary to maximise sales opportunities and growth in your area. You will act with energy and speed to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and build sustainable long term customer trading relationships withinan agreed territory in order to deliver the companys strategy.Saint Gobain Abrasives provide a comprehensive portfolio of solutions for all abrasion processes. Saint Gobain Abrasives operates as a subsidiary of the Saint Gobain Group, the world leader in the habitat and constructionHeres a short breakdown of the key focus areas in this role* Increase customer knowledge / awareness of SGA solutions through visits to distributors, merchants, contractors and other key decision makers; training; CPD presentations; and, supporting marketing initiatives.* Responsibility for the commercial sales management of project activity within the territory and Identifying new opportunities for sales growth.* Provide Management information reporting on business performance - Market, Successes, Challenges, Opportunities.* Responsibility for the commercial sales management activity in the region, working with other members of the sales team and Abrasives, as required.* Work and support with the National / Key Account Management Team on growth initiatives at branch / regional levelIs this role right for meOur key attitudes; Innovative.
