Job Description

Non Stop care are working with a well established authority in the South East who are looking for a Senior Practitioner / experience social worker for the newly developed working age mental health and Substance Misuse Service. The role offers hybrid working,reduced caseloads alongside a competitive hourly rateWith this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored care plans and interventions, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to progress on their recovery journey.This post offers a stable, on-going contract as well as hybrid working flexibility , ensuring you can manage your workload and visits within your convenience and enjoy a healthier work-life balance alongside job security.Benefits

Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals who have mental health issues and substance misuse
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in the field of safeguarding and knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • A valid Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA in Social Work or equivalent)
  • Registration with Social Work England
