Job Description

Supply Chain Graduate Programme

  • 3-year rotational programme, starting September 2024
  • You will rotate around various part of our business, which will mean spending time at our different UK-wide sites and offices.

With help and support from the workplace, you will build the capabilitiesto deliver strong resultsin each of your placements.Within the Customer Service and Supply Chain Graduate Programme you could find yourself within one of these specific fields:
  • Sustainability and Environment
  • Digital and AI
  • Data and Analytics
You’ll learn how the company functions, spending time on the production frontline in our manufacturing sites and working with our Central Teams. This will enable you to:
  • Understand the end-to-end process within the CSSC function
  • Broaden your skillset
  • Expand your network
  • Build strong behaviours and build your credibility.
  • This role is ideal for you if you’re a driven individual who is curious about learning how a highly successful business functions.
What can you expect from the programmeThroughout the 3-yearprogramme, you will cover all aspects of Customer Service & Supply Chain through a rotational programme (each rotation will be 9 to 12 months in length).During your induction, you will be placed in one of CCEP’s manufacturing locations where you will learn the operation and gain a greater understanding of the company.You will then move into your rotations within a variety of sectors from Customer Logistics to Digital and Data. Through each rotation you’ll become more confident as you gain all the knowledge, expertise and experience needed to help you become a futureleader within CCEP.These rotations will take you across the UK, so if you’re flexible and able to adapt to new situations, then this programme could be perfect for you. Coca-Cola EP will even provide support with relocation costs.Coca-Cola EP believe in unleashing potential!Coca-Cola EP will develop your skills throughout the programme, helping you to grow and feel confident in your role.You’ll be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business. They will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice and helping you make the most of every opportunity.To help you develop the skills and behaviours that Coca-Cola EP expects from its future leaders, you’llreceive a central Learning and Development plan and an individual development plan. As a result, you could end up participating in training courses specificto your job requirements to achieve your development targets.What qualifications do you need
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the 3 year programme. Please note unfortunately Coca-Cola EP cannot consider if you are not able to show documentation to support this throughout the process.
  • Must have already graduated, or be due to graduate by September 2024.
  • Preferably you will have a degree in one of the following areas (please note this is desired but not essential): Maths. Business (including Business Analytics and Business Management). Engineering (including sciences). Digital Technology. Energy, Sustainabilityor Environmental studies

  • You must be geographically mobile due to the rotational nature of the programme
