Job Description

Project sales and specification manger role for global manufacturer of structural building products and systems. Managing a sizeable and key geographical area you will be identifying key projects and winning specifications with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors and Designers. Package: Basic up to £45K basic plus bonus of c20%, Company Car, Contibutory Pension, Private Health Scheme and other additional benefits. Tasked with winning a nd developing specifications on key construction projects in both the private and public sector with Architects, Engineers, Designers and Main Contractors. Hence maintaining and developing relationships with sub contrators will also be key. Area: This is a field based role covering a sizeable geographical are encompassing the South East, South West, East Anglia, East Midlands, West Midlands and South Wales. Person: You will need to demonstrate a successful track record in specification sales with a structural product or system.. You will be technically competent and comfortable offering technical solutions to a variety of specifiers. The ability to read drawings alongside a comprehensive understanding of building regulations is essential.
