Job Description

Nonstop Care is working with a local authority in the South East of England that is looking for a social worker to join their IntegratedAdolescence Service.The local authority has achieved an outstanding Ofsted rating which comments on their excellent practice, giving you the satisfaction of knowing you are making positive change within your community of service usersThis position will provide you manageable caseloads and hybrid working, providing you with more time and flexibility on each case. Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and deliver interventions to safeguard young people in high-risk situations.
  • Emphasize positive outcomes, particularly for those at risk of exploitation or with mental health challenges.
  • Provide professional leadership in complex cases, collaborating with team members and overseeing social work input.
Requirements:
  • Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
  • Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users safety and well-being
  • Post-qualified experience across Children in Care and/or leaving care teams
  • Clear, Enhanced DBS
  • Full, clear driving license
